Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at samridhi@breatheasycollective.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a full refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period: If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at samridhi@breatheasycollective.com.
